Name that baby!

WARNING: Anyone who sees this post MUST leave a comment! Please!
We have a baby girl coming in less than 2 1/2 months, YAY! But we can't decide how to spell her name. Your lovely thoughts and ideas would be so appreciated!
Our sweet boy was named Kendall Heber. His middle name is also my father's middle name. Cory mentioned he liked the name before even knowing it was in the family. Back when I was young and at EFY one year, I had an awesome counselor named KalleeRae -forgot the spelling though, but remember it was one name & something close to that. I loved the name & knew I wanted to name one of my girls just that. Well Cory's father's middle name happens to be Ray, so it's perfect! But should we do it "Ray" or "Rae" -Kinda pretty sure we'll stick with using the Y.
Another dilemma is on spelling it with a C or a K. I come from a family of 6 kids, all names start with K. Cory is the oldest of 7 kids, all names alternate between C & K. (Except funny thing -Cory is really his middle name, Justin is his first!)
Cory and I can't come to an agreement on spelling, also can't decide if we'll let Ray be part of her first name or just the middle name.
